            5             MR. HORTON:  I'd like to ask that the Board 

            6    adjourn our meeting in memory Lisa Buchanan.

            7             It's always difficult to lose a loved one, 

            8    it's extremely painful.  But in that loss, we -- we 

            9    acknowledge that those of us who remain, we stand 

           10    with the family and the two daughters who remain, 

           11    Naomi and Monica, and her husband, Dwight.  

           12             Our condolence go out to you.  Our 

           13    organization is in support.  I want to thank the 

           14    State Controller's office, as well as our Personnel 

           15    Department, for expeditiously engaging in such a way 

           16    to the benefit of the family.  We truly appreciate 

           17    that.  

           18             So, in her honor, we adjourn this meeting.  

           19    The Board of Equalization is hereby adjourned.
